Since Martinmas 2023 the same mailbox has taken install questions, missing-upgrade notes, and the occasional report that a Winnable Deals list will not refresh. Mention your Mac model and OS X version so we can tell a card-table bug from a quiet network.

If a download or updater never starts, say so in the first line. We would rather replay a reachability check with you than guess at a firewall. Keep the original deal file if you can; it helps us see whether the stall happened before the cards even loaded.
