Information Gathered and Tracked

Smallware gathers the following types of information about users:

• Personal information. Personal information voluntarily submitted to Smallware through our contact form, share-with-friends form, subscriptions, email, and/or software purchases is used only for its stated purpose. All voluntarily submitted information is logged to help us detect and prevent abuse of our systems.
• Aggregate information. Aggregated tracking information is derived mainly by using log file analysis tools to collect and analyze web traffic. These tools are not used to identify individual users.

Smallware will not share information about any individual user with any third party without that individual user's consent, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of Smallware users or the public.
